QuarkBooker Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

The QuarkBooker Affiliate Program allows individuals and businesses (Affiliates) to earn commissions by referring new customers to our platform.

• Commission is paid on each subscription renewed by the referred customer.
• QuarkBooker is not responsible for any losses incurred due to your participation in the program.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Anyone can join, except:
  • Sites or accounts promoting unethical content.
  • Those using fraudulent or illegal tactics (e.g., phishing, spamming).
• QuarkBooker reserves the right to reject any application without explanation.

• Commission Rate: 20% of each subscription plan purchased by your referred users.
• Payout Duration:
  • Monthly if the customer is on a monthly plan.
  • Annually if the customer is on a yearly plan.
  • You'll continue earning as long as the customer keeps renewing — even after years.
• Payouts: You can withdraw your earnings anytime from your affiliate dashboard. No minimum withdrawal amount.
• Tracking Referrals: Customers must sign up using your unique link. If they forget, you can contact support to link them manually (as long as they’re new and not registered already).

• Available Methods: PayPal, bank transfer, or other supported methods.
• Processing Time: 1–5 business days after withdrawal request.

• Do not act as a QuarkBooker representative: You may not speak to customers as an official rep. Always direct them to our official support.
• No fraud: You may not create fake accounts or use false identities. Do not make false promises.
• Brand Usage:
  • You must clearly state that you are an affiliate, not a representative.
  • You may not use QuarkBooker in domain names or paid ads without permission.
  • You may share official promotional videos, but clearly state they belong to QuarkBooker.
• Privacy Compliance: You must follow data protection laws (e.g., GDPR). Do not leak or misuse user data.

• Immediate termination includes: fraud, impersonation, unethical methods (e.g., phishing/spam), unauthorized use of our name in domains or ads.
• Consequences: No pending commissions will be paid, and your tracking links will be disabled.

We are committed to protecting affiliate and customer data in accordance with legal standards. We do not sell or share your information without consent.

We may update these terms at any time. You’ll be notified via email or your affiliate dashboard.
